Hey @Philippe Laurin, one good way that I've heard is to go to sites (kijiji amongst others for example) from a renter's perspective.

These are not official lenders of any sort.... just two people I know that have the money to spare and would like to make a little passive income.Couple questions....How do I handle this so that I am completely above board?

I found a couple sites but i wanted to see if anyone had any experience/advice on which school i should go with, and if online or in-person classes are better/worse or if it makes no difference.

An overview can be found here.The CMHC web-site also has a mortgage calculator which will accommodate high-ratio, insured mortgages.My recommendation is to learn the underlaying principals, be able to perform the calculations manually and develop your own spreadsheet.  

My quick tips/advice:Get a HELOC on your home before you move if you have some equity established in it.

The learning curve for AirBnB and VRBO and the different customers who use those sites. 

Depending on the county you're interested in, I would search that county's site for a tax calculator and enter purchase prices and townships to get an idea of the bill.
