Hello All, 

My name is Josh and I'm excited to join the Bigger Pockets community. I currently work as a Sales Consultant for one of the biggest builders in the Nation. I'm hoping I can merge that knowledge to help jump start a side hustle in Real Estate investing. I own a small 1,300 Sq. Ft. ranch that my family and I have outgrown. Our first plan is to buy a larger home and to keep this as a rental property. From there, we plan on acquiring more properties over time to grow our wealth. I'm here to share my journey and to learn as much as I can!
