I think Keller Williams has a good reputation as a brokerage that trains new agents well.

The main meeting is either more advanced material or sometimes a Guru selling a kit or book or program.  

A couple of the podcast guests that have really inspired me so far are Arthur Garcia and Mehran Kamari.My interests are training Brazilian jiu jitsu, traveling, basketball, MMA, health and fitness; The Joe Rogan Experience, The Fighter and the Kid, and BiggerPockets podcasts!

Reminds me of the .com bubble "its a new market, get with the program". 

I have never had any kind of formal training on any of the platforms, so my success (and maybe lack-there-of) is based on my ability to pick it up and run with it (or not).

Can't confirm if it will respond to a cycle programmed with the door open.
