I suggest reading the relevant law and any standard deed of trust/mortgage doc in your state and make a decision for yourself.

That is the trade-off for getting a low down payment but is a great way to get started.Interest rates are still great but rising but do not let that worry you into rushing into a bad property.

If I don't like the situation or smell something is up I always drag out the application process telling folks I am continuing to accept lots of applications and will make the best decision at some point in the future with no time frame given.

( IM NOT ON PROBATION!)
