If I don't like the situation or smell something is up I always drag out the application process telling folks I am continuing to accept lots of applications and will make the best decision at some point in the future with no time frame given.

Anyway, since this unfortunate event happened during my RE course and my DBPR application process, it was standing as an "open case" with no final decision at the moment because of the fact that I agreed to join a 3 month drug court program where Im obligated to get drug tested once a moth and test clean and complete community service hours(25hrs).... ( IM NOT ON PROBATION!)
