As much as it is ridiculous you can’t hold it against the tenants themselves completely being they never actually did it .

I've heard such ridiculous responses like"prove it" I want a photo of the obstruction then you have to prove it's mine.

I got other quotes b/c that was ridiculous! 

Am I crazy, or does anybody else think calling a standard triplex a "single-family structure divided into 3 apartments" is one of the most ridiculous things they've ever heard?

If they don't pay and are staying it's a criminal offense, you call the cops, they haul the deadbeat away.But cities obviously don't want these deadbeats roaming the city home less, so that's why even in landlord friendly areas, it takes a month or two from the time they stop paying to get them out of the home, all while the landlord eats the cost of that.But it get ridiculous in these liberal areas.
