I have recently shifted my focus to reaching out to real estate agents and mortgage lenders in Anchorage to begin building my network and to become more familiar with the local rental market.

In the area I focus on, REO seems to go much higher than its market value just because of the perception that since its a foreclosure its a [st][d]eal.

I am focusing on roughly 12 unit properties in the Hixson, Soddy, Red Bank area or renovating something on the outskirts of downtown and creating something similar. 

I'm very focused on the tenant screening side of things. 

Do you have a power of sale clause in your deed of trust? 

I want to get started with the goal to eventually double(or even triple) my current income so I can focus a little more on some other passions of mine.

It's a nice place however we focus on workforce housing.

I am very focused on this.

The wife focuses on SFRs and the husband works with investors.

I am laser focused on  educating myself about analyzing opportunities to increase knowledge and decrease hesitation that results in missed opportunities.
