Hello BP Community! 

I found the BP podcast a few weeks ago and am thrilled to find such a wonderful place to listen, learn, and participate with fellow investors!  

I am a real estate investor in New Hampshire. I self manage and co-manage residential multi-families. 

I am laser focused on  educating myself about analyzing opportunities to increase knowledge and decrease hesitation that results in missed opportunities. 

I've loved learning about different formulas folks follow on podcasts and am excited to dive in and learn from and with all of you! If anyone tends to be a little nerdy on the numbers and wants to share or chat about your spreadsheets, what numbers are important to you and why, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
