They would have to hold onto them for 10 - 15 years or more to break even, and that's assume they don't have big ticket repairs to make like roof and mechanicals to replace.My personal opinion, based on the deals that I have analyzed and the performance of the many turnkey deals that I've looked at from others, is that they simply aren't worth the money.
