Will low interest rates cause the market to crash upwards?

I have been seeing a lot of people starting to talk about rates coming down and prices shooting up.

Is this what 2024 and 2025 will look like?

I am very worried about affordable housing and what is going to happen if supply does not improve.

interest rates are only one function of affordable housing.. the issue is many folks simply dont want to relocate to areas of the country that have affordable housing.
