I am engineer by trade, so feel an obligation to understand as much as I can upfront.My short term goals involve my finding deals for experienced real estate investors, hopefully in exchange for your criteria and experience in this market.

Long term though, I'd probably make more money if I sacrificed some work time to get involved with a group.

We aren't a great fit for all properties but for some.

It sounds like adding another property to your portfolio fits with what you want to do, but as Michael points out, you haven't given enough information for anyone to give you an idea if the numbers make sense.
