And it's in an area with no buildable land, lots of spillover higher rents from nearby areas, and very high rental demand, with essentially no vacancy.

You may attract more desperate people, or people planning ahead or wanting a neighborhood or school district.

But I was just doing some things around the house and thinking "3 more Monday's for the rest of my life" We were up in Milwaukee again yesterday so essentially have been working 6 days a week for awhile now so it will be awesome to actually take some time to myself.
