Setting up a direct mail campaign sounds daunting, but it is not too difficult in reality.

I have only done 1 mailing campaign last Tuesday of 99 letters, but have already received responses...

Hello all,So I'm getting ready to start a marketing campaign and I was wondering if I should use a service like agentpro247 or listsource, or try my luck at going to the county and getting the run around time after time for my lists of motivated sellers.

Mailing campaigns have proven effective for a lot of investors.

The plus side is, with such a narrow group you at least have a low cost involved to structure a campaign over months (not weeks) to try and generate a deal.
