Niagara Region investing

Hello Everyone 

I have bought my first investment property in Niagara region and am excited about the future. I have also been working with a Coach the last few months and am starting to become more familiar with the area. I have seen a few deals go by that I wasnt able to move on due to my money being tied up with my current deal. I now have contacts in the area as well and am interested in hearing more from anyone looking to invest in an affordable and growing region! I am young eager to learn and grow so any information or advice is always appreciated.
