Pre-Forclosures

Hello everyone,

Its exciting to take action.  This week my first direct mail campaign will launch.  Cold calling has always been fun and easy for me to generate deals as a mortgage broker and a financial advisor.  While I wait for the direct mail numbers to kick in I would like to take action and cold call some pre-foreclosure list.  Property shark and the like are not able to provide phone numbers...does anyone know a creative way to find the phone numbers?

@Frank Mirando I am sure lots of folks will disagree, but I always have substantially more luck going to see these types of leads in person.

If I were trying to work this type of list I would group the properties by area and then spend two hours at a time trying to stop by a given set of properties.

This will set you apart from everyone else who are approaching this same lead.
