Hi all,So I'm on the brink of starting my real estate investing career after studying both residential and commercial for the last year or so and I'm wondering if it would  be a realistic goal to have 300 units cashflowing at least $180 per door (living off of $54000 a month). 

You want to study the business and the market and become an expert but yes there is a huge gap between education and execution and you just can't Google experience or look up wisdom gained from years and years and hundreds of millions in deals.

I am Wilder from Argentina.I’ve been studying this asset class for more than a year now and I am ready to do my move for my first deal.One thing that still worries me is that I keep listening from people that have been on this business for a long time (experienced investors) that it is not good (not profitable/too risky?)

I've been studying real estate investment for the past six or so years while I killed my cancer but still consider myself with immense room for growth.

Or more of a stay in and study, go to class, come back and sleep college town?
