I'm in the middle of my first BRRRR now and I love that strategy, but if you're planning to do a more traditional 25% down buy-and-hold investment, you don't need to limit yourself to just finding a property that you can force some appreciation with a light rehab.

A lot of Cody's employees have Finance degrees that he paid to send them to school for...every employee there has to know everything in the course so they can talk to potential clients and answer all the questions with actual knowledge of what they are talking about..Cody does not misrepresent anything..it's a great course & I have made a ton of money wholesaling..which I have learned by working there...it's easy and does NOT require and type of license to do it...but you have to understand exactly how it's done or you will try to middle man a house with out your cash buyers in place and that's impossible...you also need to know how to place the ads and where to place them to get your buyers list. .He's a good guy and 100% legit and I thank them all for the knowledge I received while I was there it's helped me out a lot...I don't have a Maserati or Rolls Royce but I have a great life with a great family and I don't want for anything..And even though I own my own business and make money there...

More specifically meaning if this was operated in one state on the west coast (Colorado) could you apply for a mortgage for a property on the east coast (Connecticut) and meet the mortgage requirements for pre approval.
