I use to work for Clever Investor... I messed us and know for a fact that if I didn't get hooked on drugs I would have been super rich.. this was 5 years or so ago and I'm 2 years sober now... I sold the real estate programs and if you ask me Cody is the smartest person I know... This was right when Cody and Josh was planning to partner up... I never met Josh... A lot of Cody's employees have Finance degrees that he paid to send them to school for...every employee there has to know everything in the course so they can talk to potential clients and answer all the questions with actual knowledge of what they are talking about..

Cody does not misrepresent anything..it's a great course & I have made a ton of money wholesaling..which I have learned by working there...it's easy and does NOT require and type of license to do it...but you have to understand exactly how it's done or you will try to middle man a house with out your cash buyers in place and that's impossible...you also need to know how to place the ads and where to place them to get your buyers list. .He's a good guy and 100% legit and I thank them all for the knowledge I received while I was there it's helped me out a lot...I don't have a Maserati or Rolls Royce but I have a great life with a great family and I don't want for anything..And even though I own my own business and make money there... I am able to do wholesaling as a hobby that I made over 100 thousand on last year...as a hobby...not bad huh...Good luck and if you don't believe that the cost is right for the knowledge you will gain...Then maybe you want something for nothing or your just not really as interested in real estate as you like to believe that you are...Jack.
