Hey Out of State Investors,What are the BEST free websites that will give you zip codes demographic data (income, crime, schools, job market, job growth etc...)?

Are there any other financial products out there worth exploring?

I work as a data analyst here in Charlotte, 7am to 4pm and it is a good job but I know for a fact that I’m not going to be doing this forever as I want to have financial independence.

Handful of large offices with equally large budgets for data aggregation and sorting, call centers, and a handful of poorly trained reps.  

I may go the private lending route as you mentioned but haven’t explored that direction and personally don’t have any direct contacts there.Thanks again for your advice!

That is where you can establish a solid ARV, maybe go to a real estate investor meeting as soon as you are able because as the others have said, you should not have much confidence in what tools like Zillow give for the data.

I was looking to purchase a property, but based on my county's Tax Delinquent Data, the house has been set to a judgement date that recently passed.

Its the local MLS site and they release new data about sales, Days on Market and Sold as % of list price, so you can get an idea of the velocity of the market.
