New to the realest estate game (wholesaling)

Hi, My name is Brandon and I’m just getting into the wholesaling industry here in Charlotte, NC. I’ve been obsessed with learning all of the basics and the different methods to being successful in this business.

I work as a data analyst here in Charlotte, 7am to 4pm and it is a good job but I know for a fact that I’m not going to be doing this forever as I want to have financial independence.

Can anyone provide suggestions or advice that can help me get started?

Or

Is anyone willing to teach me or take me under their wing to learn this game? Im willing to put the work in and I’m confident I can be a asset.

One thing I’ve learned, it never hurts to ask?

Have a blessed day!
