My perfect tenant would be a corporate relocation or a professional seeking a home instead of a hotel for a minimum of 30 days.  

I have 2 units under contract in Cape Coral, and my family is relocating there in June full-time. 

For the lease I like to sign in person while collecting certified funds however Zillow does allow you to upload a custom lease if you want to and e-sign which I have used for people relocating.

So far I'm not seeing the big companies relocating, as the cost of doing is tremendous.

We have a housing shortage that is years in the making and with over 200 people relocating here EACH DAY, demand far exceeds supply. 

The tenant has health issues that (she claims) necessitate her relocating to a different part of the country.
