Depending on the structure of the crowd funding platform, AND the investment option, you might or might not own an equity piece in the ASSET, as opposed to an equity interest in the holding company owning the asset.  

If I weren't using all Mac computers, I might consider switching platforms.

As always, do your due diligence on any person or persons you may do business with on any online platform.

It's important to do your homework on the platform.

Is it because the returns were not that great or was there something specific about the platform or process that you didn't like?

That said I still need to learn the area, and using the turn key platform narrows my view in this regard.I am looking for an investor friendly real estate agent who can set me up with an MLS listing for Memphis and hopefully develop a working relationship with.

For those that have spent considerable time on the platforms or have been following the industry I was hoping you could comment some on what value you think the platforms provide with respect to screening projects.  

They are low metal platforms with castor wheels.

The site provides a good platform to reach out to others and network.
