I am "new again" in real estate. I was born in Atlanta and have lived in the north metro area most of my life. I was married for 27 years and my ex and I remodeled all 14 of the homes we lived in, flipped a few and built two 6000 sq. ft. homes from the ground up.  I am currently living in Gainesville and love it here. I am looking for a few deals to wholesale before I begin rehabbing which is what I enjoy most.  Ultimately, my plan is to buy and hold a few homes for my retirement income and be financially free.
