Looking for land investors in North Lake TN Please PM if interested

Hi,I came to the North West Arkansas a year ago (Bentonville, AR), and in the last 4 months I found bigger pockets and listened to 100 BP podcasts.

Somewhere with some kind of yard is desirable as we have two dogs.The biggest thing for us however is to have a small carriage house or a guest house or something convertible into a rentable/livable space.I like north county a lot does anyone have some good recommendations to start searching for something like this to buy in that area.

I am currently looking at moving to the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle area of North Carolina from Hawai'i this summer and am trying to find an agent to help me look for potential homes before I get there.
