Newbie from North Atlanta

Hello, My name is Tom. I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts for a while, and I'm now working towards buying my first investment property. My tentative plan is to start by flipping houses with an end game of getting into buy and hold. I am currently self employed and work from home and want something that works better long term. My wife and I have been doing research in the area, and there seems to be a large number of investors here as it doesn't take long for the best investment properties to state pending on the listing.
