Looking for an agent in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area

Aloha BP forums! I am currently looking at moving to the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle area of North Carolina from Hawai'i this summer and am trying to find an agent to help me look for potential homes before I get there. I am looking for a 3 bedroom single family home in the 100-150k range in a safe area with decent elementary schools as my daughter will be starting the 5th grade. I work remote so I'm open to anywhere that has a good internet connection. I will be there for a week mid-March to look at the area in person and would love to be able to see homes if possible.
