35 showings and only 1 offer usually means you are priced too high, buyers are not perceiving value when actually viewing the home, so others nearby are likely showing better and selling, using yours for comparison.

Today, I got this:Before getting this letter, I contacted a nearby county about getting their list and they told me via email that they do not give out lists, but the information is public record if I want to drive there and go through the records myself (which I assume means going through all property tax records).

I rented a POWERED tool that ate it up like Rosie O'Donnell at a Krispy Kreme.If the property is nearby I would definitely DIY it and make sure you are open to renting a specialty power tool if it's even remotely difficult.
