First Rental Property in Buffalo

Hey BP Community! 

I am a young professional living in NYC looking to break into rental property investing. I am currently looking for a duplex in a reasonably nearby area (Buffalo/Philly) to name a few. 

I have a few in mind, but I have absolutely no idea on how to get started. Does anyone know a good property management firm or realtor I can contact in either Buffalo or Philly? Any help would be much appreciated.
