Conversion rate is how often people who come to your site actually fill in the form or call you.  

(The city bans short term rentals, so I'd need to confirm what that means.)Can you guys give me some "blanks to fill in" & a formula to help decide what makes financial sense?

Cool.As a wholesaler, I would think that you'd have established a relationship with your buyer(s) and are just out looking for "fill their orders" with what ever properties they're looking for.
