How to speak to Clients

Hello All,

I was just wondering if there are any specific sayings or words I should stay away from while talking to a client either on the phone or in person. Also, what are some things that I can say that can be used to my advantage?

Any feedback is welcome!

Thanks

@Christopher Phillips

Thank you for the feedback! It is greatly appreciated and I will keep this is mind next time I speak with either a buyer or a seller.
