This is great news along with the planning of 2 other high end builds planned for the area I think I will hold my place a few more years.

The drivers for the economic downturn in the last decade don't seem to be repeating this time around.If there was a "correction" in Bay Area real estate, I would not be surprised if there was double digit decline. 

You only hear about it in the news if it's a "pit bull," even though most of the time, it's a boxer or bulldog or bull terrier etc. 

I am not expecting appreciation, I am actually expecting the entire market to tank (I am an active stock/finance investor) due to many things aligning or making the news that no one is seeing yet (2008 dejavu again).

@Bryan Otteson  well to be fair and balanced like Fox News she is has been licensed for 20 plus years owned and managed a few C 21's  .. so not exactly a rookie.. but full blown rehabs she had not really done.And its one reason I really think a license is beneficial in this business.. but we are slanted of course in that thought process

The good news about SEC 8 is that if the tenants have been there for more than 12 months, you can request a rent increase, even in the middle of a lease term.
