But every Broker needs to ensure that their Campaign was done correctly, whether or not it brought a buyer.I'm sure this happens ALL the time..... a Broker takes a listing, does a marketing campaign believing it MIGHT sell at that listing price, and then it fails to bring in a Buyer that goes to Contract.From my PERSONAL knowledge, I have know the Selling of a Property to a Broker/Agent to be a Win for the Seller.From my PERSONAL knowledge, I have NOT know a case where the Seller complained after the Property was Marketed, the listing expired, and then the Seller agreed to sell to the Broker.BUT, I am still asking the general BP community.....
