Just wanted to say hi and how excited I am to finally join the community. I have been a pharmacist for 20 years but just put my pill counter down for good and picked up a hammer to start some rehabbing. My wife is a busy realtor in DFW, so I got my license to help her.  I have done a few rehabs and just closed on my first commercial investment, a strip center in the San Antonio area. I'm hoping to continuing learning from this site and build relationships with other wholesalers and investors.
