From my understanding (still learning daily) once the foundation is an issue the deal may be best left behind?

Ask yourself weather or not these are the kind of people you want to manage and deal with on a monthly/weekly or even daily basis.

I think about work all the time -- it's hard to make myself stop working -- so I've picked up meditating at the end of the day, ideally for 45 minutes before I sleep (and after my daily work-think session).

Do you have to put in offers daily knowing you will have so many rejections just to meet this criteria?

No one is perfect, but I like knowing that like minded people can come together and try to better themselves on a daily basis.

I joined a couple of days ago, and am hopefully already adding value to investors seeking funding resources.I am a licensed realtor, but my primary business is "private capital" for all types of industries, but specifically here for the real-estate investorpreneur:)On the asset/property side, I come across daily off-market opportunities for investors to acquire, both from a rehab opportunity or a buy/hold with tenants in place.On the Funding Side, I have MANY nationwide lenders at my disposal.
