I joined a couple of days ago, and am hopefully already adding value to investors seeking funding resources.I am a licensed realtor, but my primary business is "private capital" for all types of industries, but specifically here for the real-estate investorpreneur:)On the asset/property side, I come across daily off-market opportunities for investors to acquire, both from a rehab opportunity or a buy/hold with tenants in place.On the Funding Side, I have MANY nationwide lenders at my disposal.
