Hello my name is Nate, I currently reside in Waukesha, WI.  Me and my family our currently in the process of turning our first home into a rental.  We already have our accepted offer on our new house.  We are planning on renting out our current home or possibly doing a lease option on it.  Through doing research on this I found this site and have gotten bitten by the real estatest bug.  Hope to share on the wealth of knowledge here and see where it takes me.
