Most of them are not complicated issues, but the three draw my attention are:Sewer pipe rusted -- Hmm . . . sounds to me like a cast iron pipe, and rust happens, but it is also the cause for failure for these lines and replacing the sewer lines is usually not inexpensive.Sump pump repair - easy enough to find out the cost of this, but it's variable so I'd want to nail this down.Dryer venting - there is usually an easy way to run new venting, and "the right way."

I am not totally against LLCs, I just think you don't need them when you are just getting started because it just complicates the transaction and I am a fan of keeping things simple.
