Introduction + seeking Airbnb resources

Hi Everyone! My name is Elizabeth and I am a newbie to real estate. I have been reading up on different real estate investment strategies, listened to many BP podcast episodes, and now I am at the point where I want to take action!

I have been learning more about Airbnb rentals and I wanted to reach out on here to ask if anyone has any books, podcasts, videos, or other resources they recommend regarding this topic. There is so much out there, so I would appreciate feedback from a fellow BP member.
