Regarding inspection items

Posted

Hello! We are looking into buying a SFH and we have the results of an inspection ordered by a previous interested party that backed out of a deal. They listed the following items as needing correction:

- Electric Service Panel Manufacturer ? also missing a cover
- Smoke/Carbon detectors repair/replace needed
- Sheetrock to be installed above boiler in attic
- Rusted main sewer pipe
- Sump Pump needs to be repaired
- Master Bath Tub and upstairs hall bath sink slow drain, loose Toilet, broken vent, missing light bulb
- Laundry Dryer venting replace for ribbed exhaust vent, missing GFCI
- Windows - some missing grill, some hard to lock

Should I be worried about some of those items? What could it cost to repair / replace them? Obviously I know it depends, but just wanting to get a ball-park estimate.

Thanks so much for taking the time and have a great day!
