The universities and colleges neighborhoods are what I want to focus on.After doing some research and narrowing down my criteria,  I would like to take the next step, Can anyone from Milwaukee, WI recommend some realtors locally ?

I am graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a degree in Accounting and Finance in December, and couldn't be more excited about getting into real estate. 

I've walked into many units with it throughout Columbus and around the ohio state university area and it always looks really good and is very easy to install and replace small sections.

Last remaining lot in upper end subdivision close to university in Charlotte.  

I plan to start with Merced (university town) or East bay so property can be commutable distance (1-2 hour drive), relatively easy to get rented w/ good tenants and hopefully have positive cash flow from day 1.

She was on a year lease and paying under market, so when her lease expired in the spring, we raised her rent $30 (she is still under market by about $20) and put her on a MTM (which is what we universally offer to all our tenants).
