Hi all! My name is Jeff Hodney. I am 26 years old and live in Monmouth, OR (Salem area) with my wife and three daughters. I currently work in the steel construction industry as a Project Engineer but I'm looking to switch gears and build a career in real estate. I plan on getting licensed as an agent within the next few months and I am anxious to start investing. I am particularly interested in flips as well as buy and hold properties. However, I'm a newbie and I'm open to other ideas as well.

I have been reading up on real estate investing for the past several months, and BiggerPockets has been a great source of information. I finally decided to join the community and start building my network. Hopefully, as I learn what works, I can help others to find success as well!
