Hello All!

My name is Alec, and I'm new to the world of RE Investing!  I am graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a degree in Accounting and Finance in December, and couldn't be more excited about getting into real estate.  My collateral concentration in college was investments, both stock market and just recently real estate, and I'm looking to put that to good use! I am also a Bloomberg Master, so if you need data pulled on anything that I can get time to get to, let me know!

I have been working in accounting for over 4 years now, and was recently promoted to accountant with the company I'm with here in Knoxville in June! I am very interested in getting to know locals, newbies, and pros from around the globe that share the interest of growing wealth and increasing passive cash flow in the meantime. I love the BRRR concept, and really want to use Real Estate to make a positive impact on the community, both with housing and with the freedom that it will provide to volunteer and fund projects around Knoxville. Definitely feel free to message me for anything, and I'll get back to you ASAP!

Regards,

Alec
