If you're up for a drive there is a group called flippers and funders that you can find in Northern NJ they host pretty solid networking events in West Orange, Jersey City and in NYC.

It also hosts the lease agreement so they can reference it at any time, tracks expenses if you want, and allows tenants to put in maintenance requests through the portal. 

@Kevin DuBose greetings we have been on Airbnb for this particular location since August of this year but we have been hosting on Airbnb since January 2019.

I believe that Co-host David Green has a monthly meet up in your area that you could really benefit from attending.
