I am in the process of buying a vacation rental property at the jersey shore and looking to maximize profits and learn the best ways to manage the property myself. The property has a great 20 year track record using air b&b and other sites and my aunt is selling it to me. I would like to improve where possible and would love to find some good books/information on this.

i am with the group on this forum. but disagree about reading. some of the classics are dated, but i suggest you buy a handful of highly rated ones on Amazon. cheap education. the more you know, the better you do.
