They are an underrated investment vehicle for sure, and can be much more hands off with less property management involved if done correctly.

I am not opposed to other real estate investment vehicles, I have just mainly studied rentals as I appreciate the long term benefits of this strategy.

Intend to put half away for future investment purchases, and use the other half to purchase a pool and newer used vehicle for him.
