I originally wanted to do real estate investments out of state at Oklahoma, but I'm realizing that doing this is quite difficult for a first-timer. I think I should wait until sometime later when I move to Oklahoma to do that. For now, I'm thinking of investing in my local area.. does anyone know if Riverside, CA is a feasible market for real estate investments?

Why not work in both locations Josh. I can handle on the ground activities in Oklahoma (better hold market) and you could do Riverside (better rehab potential), Lets have a call this week?
