@Luis Hinestrosa- thanks ....contact your colleagues / friends for lender referals and then contact them with your scenario and questions and then make a decsion ....if a lender knows they have been referred - there is a tendency for them to provide above average  pricing and service 

Check with your buyer's agent, they likely included a "contingent on financing" contingency in your offer and you would get your emd returned. 3.

One concern I have with this company is that another real estate agent owns it.

Conventus pushes everything on Shellpoint.Isn't conventus responsible for the actions of their agent.
