You realize that you're asking us if a $35k offer is too low for a car that is being privately sold for $40k,...right?

@Julie McCoy I would likely feel the same way even though we just completed a HUGE remodel at my personal home that has a private entrance to a room in the basement. 

Some primary areas I'm interested in:-Thoughts on Section 8 multi-family-Investors interested in areas surrounding Mercedes-Benz dome (English Avenue, Vine City...AKA The Bluff)-Target financials-New constructions vs. fix up vs. as-is-Syndications/fundraising/private money/loans/etc.

Some practice area is considered to be commodity work so you can't charge much (e.g. evictions) compared to more specialized areas (e.g. securities law). 

ITINs are issued by the IRS to individuals with a federal tax filing or reporting requirement who don't have and aren't eligible for a Social Security number (e.g., foreign nationals and resident/nonresident aliens).

I do not have an SEC license for securities, is that something a fund would ask of me our would they take on that part of the responsibility? 

I have secure income and although it is much less than I will be making in the future, right now my salary is around 50K/year.
