I have a handful of residential rental properties in Orange County, however Good Cash flow opportunities here have been rare for the last couple of years with prices for condos up 80% to 90% since '09.

I know they can be scary, but am excited to hear what good news/horror stories/tips/advice you all might have to offer.My family and I normally vacation in Orange Beach AL. 

Any recommendations for cleaners in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores AL area?

What is your advice on selling a property in Orange county now and transfer the money to out of state as far as the prediction and other factors... any advice is appreciated!
