Looking for creative ideas to finance my first investment.

 Hi All,

I am real estate broker who has helped many investors and clients with their home buying and selling process. I decide that now is the time that I start to increase my investment portfolio. I am looking for your advice on creative ideas to finance my first multifamily investment in Connecticut. I have been pre-approved for a loan but I wanted to think outside the box and see if there are better strategies out there that I may be able to use. Please feel free to give me any advice or ideas that have worked for you. Also this is my first purchase so I will be house hacking. My plan is to buy and hold at least one 2-4 unit property per year.

Thanks,

Melissa
