Is it a good time to sell in Orange County

I have a rental property in RSM and not able to cash out anymore because of the unwarrantable refinance issue and thinking to sell it and buy out of state with the profit to maximize the cash flow. What is your advice on selling a property in Orange county now and transfer the money to out of state as far as the prediction and other factors... any advice is appreciated! Thank you!

Sara Soleimani I started selling and exchanging my buy and hold portfolio in San Juan Capistrano, but my money will stay in California. I am in the process of exchanging my condos into SFR's and upgrading my portfolio as the ceiling is quickly approaching.
It's difficult to answer your questions without all the details. How much did you buy it for? How much can you sell it for? Etc.
I am finishing up a fix and flip in Rancho Santa Margarita right now. If you need some further advice let me know.
