My business model is different.

This way, once I scale, my business model will be in place and I will not need to hire a PM company.  

Although, I understand in this day and age a college degree is respected but not needed to be a successful entrepreneur - I am grateful for my journey thus far of attending classes, working corporate jobs, completing internships, and traveling for modeling which ultimately has helped me to see everything that I don't want my life to be like after graduation therefore I now have the understanding of what I do want and along the way, I have learned how to truly value the necessity of self education and mentorship to acquire the keys to success. 

That is my business model.

@Mel Snikta- If this is a good reusable toilet, there is nothing wrong in doing so.But, if the tenant gets wind of it, then, that might not sit well with them.Also, you have to look at the pros and cons of doing so too, with the more efficient use of water in the newer models coupled with the fact that the cost is not significant.Good luck.

But now that I have an interest in Real Estate I really need to go back and re-watch it to get tips on what not to do, like living in the model home lol

We got really good deals on Delta display models from a local plumbing supply house that shut down its showroom.

The On guard startle model is very bright.

They are an IRA custodian.I would caution that the provision of self directed IRA plans is a relatively small field, and business model/quality of service/experience should take higher consideration than location in your selection of a vendor.

We are very interested in the buy and hold rental model.
